1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We proudly offer worldwide shipping from Pakistan to most international destinations.

    However, due to courier restrictions, political or trade limitations, we currently do not ship to the following countries:

    • India

    • Israel

    • Iran

    • Afghanistan

    • North Korea

    • Syria

    If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team to confirm whether delivery can be arranged.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Within Pakistan 2–5 business days
International Orders 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the provided link or by visiting the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

  • We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Customs & Import Duties 

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location.
