Thank you for shopping with Outer Mode. We take pride in offering high-quality jackets and outfits designed with care and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Free from stains, perfume, or any signs of wear

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as Final Sale

Custom or personalized jackets/outfits

Gift cards and accessories
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at info.outermode@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be canceled.
